2021 Elise Bougy Les Coullemets Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru

Les Coullemets is Élise Bougy's new pure Chardonnay champagne from the Le Mesnil sur Oger vineyard. Historically owned by Élise's grandmother, Marie-Louise MORISET, this pure chalk terroir gives it the minerality and tension characteristic of this Grand Cru. Vinified in 600-litre demi-muids for 15 months. From the 2021 harvest, the wine has undergone a slow, controlled oxidation process thanks to its corked barrel.
