Le Soleil Wines selects suppliers based on proven track records and verified temperature-controlled storage. All orders are shipped in temperature-controlled conditions in high-quality corrugated boxes with individual bottle protection.

Please note all wines are subject to final availability confirmation. We will verify before processing any order.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for local customs, VAT and excise duties. No refunds for refused parcels or uncollected deliveries.

USA deliveries may experience delays due to evolving tariff regulations.

Delivery Costs

For orders delivered within mainland Portugal, transportation is complimentary for purchases above €200.

For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and destination country.


Deliveries to Your Hotel

If you are visiting Lisbon and wish to travel with your wines, Le Soleil Wines offers hotel delivery and protective packaging services.

Simply select your hotel address during checkout. Orders can be dispatched within 12 hours or via same-day delivery, carefully packed in our highly durable double-corrugated shipping boxes.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in premium 1, 3, 6 or 12-bottle FedEx-certified corrugated wine boxes.

Each bottle is individually protected to minimize vibration and external impact while preserving optimal transport conditions.

Please note that certain large-format spirit bottles such as:

  • Clase Azul Reposado
  • Clase Azul Añejo
  • Clase Azul Ultra
  • Clase Azul Mezcal

may require custom packaging solutions, which can incur additional delivery charges.

Certain countries maintain local restrictions regarding the importation of alcoholic beverages.

Return Policy

At Le Soleil Wines, customer satisfaction and product integrity remain at the core of our service philosophy.

All wines are stored in professionally temperature-controlled environments and shipped through carefully selected logistics partners specializing in premium goods transportation.


Important Notice

Clients remain responsible for all customs charges, import VAT and excise duties applicable within the destination country.

Le Soleil Wines cannot issue refunds for:

  • refused deliveries;
  • unpaid customs duties or taxes;
  • failed deliveries caused by customer absence.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the shipment immediately with the courier present.

In case of broken bottles:

  • contact us within 24 hours;
  • provide photographs of both the parcel and damaged items;
  • retain the original packaging.

Following verification, we will arrange replacement, refund or collection depending on your preference.


Excess Purchases

To assist with event planning, unopened bottles may be returned within one week of the event date, accompanied by the original proof of purchase.


Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, please contact our customer care team at:

All claims are reviewed individually and may qualify for replacement or refund following inspection.


Defective Bottles

For corked or defective bottles, please retain:

  • the cork;
  • the batch number;
  • or photographs where applicable.

After evaluation, we may offer either:

  • a replacement bottle;
  • or a credit voucher.

Claims Timeline

As storage conditions after delivery remain outside our control, claims regarding defective bottles are accepted only within 14 days of purchase.

All returned items remain subject to inspection and must include original proof of purchase.


Refused Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed, a second delivery attempt will be arranged whenever possible.

Refunds for refused parcels exclude:

  • shipping costs;
  • customs fees;
  • return handling charges.

If refusal results from incomplete customs clearance, all associated costs will be deducted from the refund total.


Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer care team within 14 days of purchase;
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return;
  3. Await approval before shipping the items back.

Approved returns should be sent to the warehouse address listed on the invoice.


Return Shipping Costs

Le Soleil Wines covers return shipping only in cases involving:

  • damaged deliveries;
  • incorrect shipments.

For voluntary customer returns, items must be shipped at the client’s expense using the original protective packaging.
