Return Policy

At Le Soleil Wines, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch products, with client satisfaction as our ultimate goal. Collaborating with leading transport companies ensures the highest quality in our services.

Condition of Products Received:

All our products are stored in temperature-controlled environments, ensuring excellent condition upon leaving our fulfillment center.

Damaged Parcel:

If you receive a damaged parcel during delivery, promptly inspect all items and report visible damages to the transport courier. In the event of broken bottles, contact us at lesoleilwines@gmail.com within 48 hours. Furnish photos of the damaged parcel, and retain the original box. We will initiate a claim with the transport company and facilitate pickup, replacement, or refund according to your preference.

Excess Purchase:

For unopened bottles, we accept returns to streamline event planning. Return the bottles with the original sales receipt within one week after the event, following the "How to return items" procedure below.

Defective Product:

Contact our customer care team at lesoleilwines@gmail.com to report any defects. We will adhere to the "How to return products" procedure. Defective products are subject to evaluation, and if accepted, we will replace or refund following the procedures outlined in "How we issue refunds and exchanges."

Defective Bottle:

If you discover a defective bottle, retain the cork and report it to lesoleilwines@gmail.com. Provide the batch number or send the cork via mail. We will inform you of our decision and issue a coupon voucher or replace the bottle based on your preference.

Timeline for Complaints:

Since we cannot control how you store your bottles, we will only accept complaints on defective bottles within 30 days of the purchase. Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Parcel Refusal:

If you refuse or are unable to receive a parcel, a second delivery attempt will be made at our cost. Monitor tracking for timely delivery. Refused parcels will be refunded, excluding shipping and customs fees.

Return Process:

To return items, contact our customer care team within 30 days of purchase. Obtain approval before returning items. Email lesoleilwines@gmail.com with the order ID and reason for return. After approval, return items to our warehouse (address on the invoice). You can arrange the return with our transport company at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs:

We cover costs for damaged or wrongly delivered items. Our customer care team will coordinate the pickup. For customer-initiated returns, follow the "How to return items" procedure and send items in the original box to our address - Rua Sao Domingos de Benfica 7 c/ve 1500-555, Lisbon - Portugal.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Defective items may be exchanged for equal or greater value. Refunds for returned wines will be issued in the original form of payment or as a coupon voucher within 14 days of the return, based on the client's preference.
