La Grande Ruelle Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru Extra Brut Champagne is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Champagne region. The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. The must is fermented in old oak barrels. The wine is bottled 7 months after the harvest and aged in the bottle for 5-6 years. The champagne is sold at least 12 months after the disgorging, according to the technology for the production of champagne wines. The annual production is only 1000 bottles.
