It has an intense, bright ruby colour with hints of dark cherry and great viscosity. On the nose, pure aromas of violets and strawberries stand out, accompanied by spicy nuances in its youth, with a subtle smoky touch. After 5–7 years in the bottle, the aromas become more complex, with vibrant energy and excellent concentration.
On the palate, the wine is almost generous, with an intense structure and richness that is in perfect harmony with fine, noble tannins. Neither austere nor heavy, it has an extremely silky texture, and the acidity brings energy and liveliness. The finish is pure delight.
