2019 Frederic Savart 'Haute Couture' Grand Cru Extra Brut Magnum

This rare and sought-after cuvée was only bottled in magnums for the first time! It is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the two Grand Cru communes of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. It has a fine, multifaceted nose with aromas of white peach, apricot, honeydew melon and various citrus fruits, underpinned by delicate floral and spicy notes of ginger and brioche with a cool minerality. The palate is taut yet refined and fine, with a finish characterised by lively mineral-limestone freshness.
