This champagne is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in a 50-year-old vineyard called 'Les Maillerettes', which is located in the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims region.
This cuvée is aged entirely in oak barrels, which adds a touch of richness to the wine and develops its aromatic profile. It has been aged for five years in the house's cellars before being offered for tasting. It is not dosed in order to preserve the perfect balance of smoothness and freshness.
This champagne boasts an intense golden colour dotted with fine, lively bubbles.
