2008 Chateau Leoville Poyferre

The 2008 vintage of Château Léoville Poyferré is bright and limpid with a deep garnet colour with vermeil highlights.
Tempting aromas of tobacco, musk and cedar are at the forefront, accompanied by subtle notes of black fruits in the eau de vie.
The wine evolves beautifully from the attack to the mid-palate, showing polished tannins. Aromas of coffee, smoke and cherry linger on the palate for an elegant, harmonious finish.
