2019 Ramilo Ramisco

The grapes were hand-picked, carefully sorted and destemmed on arrival at the winery. Fermentation without yeast inoculation took place in a lagar with foot pedal for one week. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 2 years before bottling. Medium colour, complex aroma, marked by balsamic notes. On the palate, it surprises with its freshness and saltiness, which combine perfectly with its tannin, giving the wine a strong persistence.
