Baías e Enseadas Personal Choice Malvasia is a selection of the best barrels from the harvest, characterised by its aromatic complexity. Grown in the Sintra area, this Malvasia is a unique reflection of the region's terroir and Atlantic climate.
Vinification: Fermentation begins in stainless steel vats at 16º to 18ºC and ends in used French oak barrels, where it ages for six months with weekly bâtonnage. This process enriches the wine and enhances its complexity and aromatic depth.
