Foot trodden and 3 days of maceration pre fermentative. Fermented and did the elevage for 18 months in used 700L barrels without battonage and on full lees. 
No enologic products were used apart from a homeopathic amount of sulphur on bottling. 
It is not stabilized, filtered or glued. Harvest: Last week of September
