Domaine Matassa Olla Blanc 2023

Olla Blanc is a cuvée of Macabeu and Muscat - the vines grow at an altitude of 600 metres on limestone with a high iron content. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees in small concrete tanks. As with all Matassa's natural wines, no sulphur or other additives are added; the focus is entirely on the work in the vineyard, which is carried out with great skill. Olla Blanc 2023 is incredibly fresh and lively, the perfect introduction to Matassa's world of orange wines.
