Entre Pedras Efusivo Branco 2023

Made from 100% Arinto dos Açores, this white wine is a vivid representation of the volcanic terroir of the island of Pico. Grown on old vines rooted in rich volcanic soils or "lajidos", this wine captures the island's unique Atlantic climate. The traditional foot-treading method gently extracts flavour and texture, followed by pressing in a vertical stainless steel press. Indigenous fermentation completes the winemaking process, allowing the natural yeasts to shape its character and deliver a pure expression of Arinto and volcanic essence. Serve between 10°C and 12°C for optimal enjoyment.
