Henri Giraud is a long-established champagne house, currently run by Emmanuelle Giraud-Patour, a thirteenth-generation descendant. The house owns around 10 hectares, mainly planted with Pinot Noir on chalky soil, and also sources fruit from selected growers. Dame-Jane' is the new rosé in the range, replacing 'Esprit Rosé'. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, it is aged on the lees for at least 3 years. A delicate champagne with notes of crushed flowers, cherries, red berries, yellow plums, orange peel, pink peppercorn and crusty bread.
