Krug Grande Cuvée was born from Joseph Krug's vision to produce the finest champagne every year, regardless of the weather. Since 1843, the House of Krug has honoured this vision by releasing a new edition of Krug Grande Cuvée, the most generous expression of champagne.
This 172nd Edition of Krug Grande Cuvée is a blend of 146 wines from 11 different years, with the youngest vintage dating back to 2016 and the oldest to 1998. A maturation period of around seven years in the Krug cellars gives the 172nd Edition its distinctive character and elegance.
