2018 Pierre Gimonnet et Fils Cuis Premier Cru Special Club

The Cuvée Spécial Club Cuis 1er Cru 2018 from PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is a rarity in every respect: in terms of quantity (only 7,540 bottles produced) and also because it is a mono-terroir cuvée: 100% Cuis 1er Cru from the Côte des Blancs and 100% Chardonnay.
While Cuis 1er Cru has been produced for almost 100 years, this 'premium' version is new and has been added to the range with this very fine 2018 vintage.
Aged on the lees for 4 years, it was disgorged three months before shipping.
This is a great Blanc de Blancs Champagne, fresh, elegant and full of finesse. This 100% Chardonnay 1er Cru Extra-Brut (5gr/l) is the best of Cuis and will delight your palate!
