Protótipo B1 - Branco 2021

This wine is meticulously crafted from a curated selection of the finest "blend field" grapes, constituting 100% of the blend. The grapes, having undergone prior destemming, undergo mechanical pressing, with the initial must being separated through an open spout.
The entire process of alcoholic fermentation unfolds naturally with indigenous yeasts within stainless steel vats, maintained at room temperature. The wine then embarks on an extended ageing journey, maturing on fine lees. After a patient maturation period of 24 months, the wine is bottled without filtration, allowing its authentic character to be preserved.
