Quinta da Pellada Jaen

The grapes were vinified respecting their whole nature, the vinification was done by hand, with no pump, extraction of natural yeasts and minimal.
Very intense and lively colour. The bouquet shows great complexity, with aromas of plums and red berries. Very elegant on the palate, with great structure, firm, fresh and velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit flavours and a surprising acidity.
