Hand-harvested from Baga grapes, this red wine undergoes traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. It is then aged for nine months in used French oak barrels, resulting in an open colour and an enticing aroma of red fruit, light spice and a hint of minerality. The palate is fresh and structured, with a vibrant profile of red fruit and spice.
