36 months on fine lees. 2020 was a particularly hot year, so about 50% of this cuvée was aged in 350-litre Burgundy barrels and the other 50% in 10-litre stainless steel vats to achieve a good balance for this wine.
Leuvrigny caught the attention of the producer early on, before the instalments were made. The quality of the Meunier from here has always been consistent, in good years and bad. The south-west exposure and the clayey, calcareous and slightly siliceous soils, combined with an average slope of about 5% (altitudes from 137 to 145m), have contributed to the creation of 3 very different aromatic sectors in the same plot.
