A renewal project for the Vinho Verde region, which has shown that unloved grape varieties can be just as interesting as the most famous, that prejudices can be challenged, and that biodynamic agriculture can be brought to a climate where it would seem to be less advisable. And, above all, to produce good wines that are a pleasure to drink.
Fresh and inviting, full of fruit aromas (citrus and a little peach), laurel, lime blossom, taut and very clean. Good minerality, direct, on the palate with fruit (citrus, peach) and candy, with a nice acidity that refreshes the palate with every sip, with a good dryness in the background. It goes well with delicate dishes based on grilled fish or seafood.
Serving suggestions: It should be served chilled at 10º-12º and goes well with fish, grilled or boiled, cod with cream, seafood, sushi, salads and fruit.
