H.M. Borges Sercial Madeira 1993

Pale amber colour, brilliant appearance with golden reflections. Complex and exuberant aroma, characteristic of this caste. Notes of orange, walnut, honey and nuts. In the mouth it is a dry wine of great aromatic concentration, with accentuated woody notes, with firm tannins which, together with the characteristics of the variety, convey rich and varied aromas, mainly of nuts, beeswax and a little spice. It can be enjoyed simply, as an excellent aperitif. It should be served at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. Frasqueiras or Garrafeiras can form a natural deposit, so we recommend decanting. Once opened, the wine will keep well for several months.
