Laherte Frères Les Empreintes 2018 Champagne is produced according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, using the Chardonnay variety from the "Les Chemins d'Epernay" vineyard, planted in 1957, on clay soils with silt, and the Pinot Noir variety from the "Les Maisons Rouges" vineyard, planted in 1983, on deep soils composed mainly of clay, stones and shale. Both plots have a chalky subsoil.
