Marguet Shaman Grand Cru 2021

Shaman 21 is a blend of 84% Pinot Noir and 16% Chardonnay from the Grands Crus of Ambonnay and Bouzy. The majority of the harvest is from the 2021 vintage, supplemented by reserve wines to ensure perfect balance.
The grapes are vinified and matured in oak barrels, a method that promotes micro-oxygenation and enriches the aromatic profile. True to his commitment, Benoît Marguet limits the use of sulphur to just 10 mg/l. The cuvée is not dosed, allowing the terroir to express itself fully and without artifice.
