This product is a natural substance that may undergo solid residue settlement. It is created in a high-pressure environment. Caution is advised against leaving it in elevated temperatures or direct exposure to sunlight, as this may lead to bottle breakage.
The wine is crafted using grapes sourced from the producer's vineyards, situated amidst the river slopes in the northern part of the municipality. The production process adheres to an integrated approach, emphasising the preservation of natural resources. Grapes from the region's indigenous varieties are carefully hand-picked. Upon entering the mill, a manual selection of bunches occurs, followed by meticulous manual destemming and crushing. The must undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matures on fine lees, incorporating the technique of batonnage.
