In terms of appearance, this wine showcases an intense garnet, violet, and brilliant ruby colour. The aroma is characterised by rich and concentrated notes of ripe fruit, featuring plum (Aragonez), floral undertones (Touriga-Nacional), and ripe black fruits (Alicante-Bouschet and Trincadeira). The aroma is clean and exhibits good exuberance.
On the palate, the wine achieves an excellent balance with lively acidity and a satisfying volume, offering a rich and textured experience that concludes with a long and pleasant finish.
This viticultural endeavour, situated in Amareleja, draws inspiration from the appreciation of traditional varieties and old vines. The project involves a continual exploration of experimental oenological techniques and methodologies.
Encompassing approximately 11 hectares of both old and new vines, the predominant grape varieties are emblematic of the region, yielding authentic and genuine Alentejo wines.
