Displaying a red hue with a deep centre, this wine captivates the senses. Aromas of ripe red fruits, violets, and subtle spice notes dominate the nose. The palate unfolds with the entrance of luscious ripe fruit, seamlessly followed by a well-balanced acidity and an appealing structural framework. The wine boasts a voluminous character, culminating in a soft and prolonged finish.
The winemaking process involves total destemming, followed by gentle cold crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with precise temperature control (20 to 22 degrees) over a period of 7 days, featuring daily manual overhauls to ensure optimal development.
