Thierry Fournier has created a blend from all the terroirs of the estate. In the Marne Valley, Pinot Meunier, the emblematic grape of this Champagne region, dominates the blend.
This ambassador of the range immediately asserts the house's style. It combines aromas of yellow fruits, dried fruits and citrus fruits with notes of maturity and evolution. The long finish reveals a hint of walnut, characteristic of a champagne that has matured for many years in the cellar.
