The winemaking process involves total destemming, followed by a gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method.
The wine is aged for 48 months in the bottle. It exhibits a straw-yellow colour and an intensely fresh aroma. The palate is very elegant, featuring fruit notes such as green apple and pineapple. It is balanced and delicate, with fresh flavours and hints of dried fruit and chocolate biscuits. This wine contains sulphites.
