Antonio Madeira Ainda Palhete is a unique field blend, crafted through the co-fermentation of both red and white grapes sourced from old vines. Notably, one of these vineyard plots exceeds 100 years in age and is cultivated using biodynamic practices, enhancing the wine's connection to its terroir.
This wine is crafted through natural winemaking techniques, eschewing additives or interventions that may compromise its authenticity. Following fermentation, it undergoes a patient ageing process lasting 18 months within stainless steel vats. This approach allows the wine to develop and mature gracefully whilst maintaining its inherent purity and expression of the vineyard's unique characteristics.
