Laherte Frères has been making champagne since 1889, growing with each generation and guided by the principles of authenticity, sensitivity and respect for the environment.
Blanc de Blanc is made from the best plots on the southern slopes of Epernay. It is a superb blend of energy and complexity from old vines. It's 100% Chardonnay, with 50% coming from reserve wines of older vintages, aged in barrels on fine lees.
The grapes were hand-picked and fermented in vats, foudres and barrels. Some malolactic fermentation took place during ageing on fine lees. Blending: Destemming by hand. No dosage.
