Vitor Claro Dominó Foxtrot 2023

This wine comes from old vines with an average age of 80 years, grown on granite and clay soils. The blend consists of Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and various varieties of Moscatel, resulting in a unique combination of structure, aromatic complexity and freshness.
The winemaking process includes a gentle maceration on the skins for 5 days, which allows a delicate extraction of tannins and flavours. After pressing, the wine is fermented for 2 months in cement tanks, which helps to preserve its purity and minerality. Once the lees have been drawn off, the wine is bottled in the spring to reveal its vibrant character and the complexity of the old vine fruit.
