The winemaking process involves meticulous hand-harvesting and whole-bunch pressing without destemming. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, utilising indigenous yeasts and foregoing temperature control. Following this, the wine matures in stainless steel for a duration of four months.
Espera Rosé, in its final form, is characterised by a dry, acidic profile that intertwines minerality with a delightful fruitiness and floral notes. This harmonious blend creates a nuanced and enjoyable sensory experience.
