This unique 'zero waste' beverage is made from the grape skins and pulp left over after the first pressing for traditional wine. A re-fermentation process is initiated by adding water and freshly pressed grape juice. The result is a low-alcohol drink that is super-fresh and light, perfect as an aperitif, an afternoon drink or really anytime.
Made from a field blend of over 20 varieties of local red and white grapes, this drink was bottled immediately, allowing fermentation to take place in the bottle. This process produces a gentle fizz, more of a light spritz than a full sparkling effect, adding a delightful freshness to this incredibly enjoyable drink.
