Picotes Branco 2022 is an extraordinary wine born from centuries-old vines that boast minority grape varieties like Bastardo Branco, Malvasia Póilheta, Posto Branco, Dona Branca, and several others, some of which remain unidentified. Upon tasting, one is greeted by notes of white fruit, spices, a subtle bready essence, and a rejuvenating mineral quality. This structured and unctuous wine holds the potential for graceful aging. Foot trodden with steams in a granite mill / 24h pre-fermentation maceration / Spontaneous fermentation (with indigenous yeasts) in barrels and stainless steel / Completed Malolactic fermentation.
