The winemaking philosophy is centred on capturing the essence of the Serra da Estrela terroir. As a result, no oenological products were employed, with only minimal doses of sulphur dioxide utilized. Alcoholic fermentation occurred naturally with indigenous yeasts in vats. The focus was on minimal extraction, employing an "infusion" approach to highlight the elegance and finesse emblematic of the region. Following pressing, the wine was aged in both stainless steel vats and used French oak barrels.
