Pinot Noir, the very essence of Bollinger Brut Champagne and one of its cornerstones, makes up the majority of the range. The Bollinger PN cuvée showcases the ambition to highlight the various expressions of Pinot Noir by showcasing it across different terroirs.
This new edition, Bollinger PN TX 17, offers a fresh take on this concept with its distinctive flavour.
PN TX 17 is a 100% Pinot Noir blend, with Tauxières as the main cru. It is blended with wines from other villages in the Montagne de Reims, such as Avenay and Verzenay. The base year is 2017. Older reserve magnums, with the oldest dating back to 2006, give the cuvée its distinctive aromatic richness.
The maturation time is twice that required by the appellation rules. Its dosage is very low at only 4 grams per litre.
