Eric Rodez Blanc de Noirs

This champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the classified Grand Cru vineyards of Ambonnay. For this cuvée, the winemaker generally blends 5 to 6 different vintages to ensure remarkable consistency and aromatic complexity. Vinification takes place in oak barrels for 80% of the wines, with partial malolactic fermentation (30% carried out, 70% not), which preserves exceptional freshness and liveliness.
