Golden in colour, this champagne is adorned with fine, well-distributed bubbles. The nose is elegant and floral. On the palate, it has a real mineral freshness and confirms its great finesse. The woody flavours are subtle and well integrated with the fruity aromas. The finish is long and slightly salty.
Food and wine pairing : On its own or with oysters au gratin or lightly seasoned shellfish such as Armorican-style lobster tails (sweet spices).
