This project reveals the purest and most passionate essence of terroir, born from the dedication of Alexandre Botelho and Marco Lourenço. The term "Indício" symbolises the traces of what once was. Each label strives to evoke these traces, or rather the signs of a past in the making, worthy of preservation and continuation. Essentially, these are small productions that produce limited quantities of radically handcrafted and totally alternative wines.
This red wine comes from an old vineyard in Celeirós do Douro, at an altitude of 400 metres. It is aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months. It is vinified in a minimalist and natural way, using only grapes and a minimal amount of sulphites to guarantee quality and stability, with a minimum of intervention. The aim is to present a wine without filtration, acting as a direct link between the wine lover and the land. The result is an elegant wine with a refreshing vitality.
