The Substance cuvée is a grand cru blanc de blancs produced in very limited quantities. This exceptional cuvée is aged in barrels using the solera technique. Reserved for the most discerning connoisseurs, it is one of the house's most original cuvées. It has an aroma of fresh and dried fruit, particularly apricot, with hints of hazelnut and a slight chalkiness. It has a smooth and powerful palate; this is a vinous champagne with slight acidity and good balance. The finish is very long. This champagne is perfect with salty dishes and white meats, or simply as an aperitif.
