2013 Jacquesson Ay Grand Cru Vauzelle Terme Extra Brut

Jacquesson Aÿ Vauzelle Terme 2013 is a rare and exceptional champagne made from Pinot Noir grapes from the Aÿ vineyard, one of the most prestigious Grand Cru terroirs in Champagne.
Nose: Intense and complex, with notes of red fruits (raspberries, strawberries), spices, dried flowers, citrus zest, roasted nuts and a hint of brioche.
Flavour: Dense, rich, with a powerful structure, expressive acidity and minerality. The texture is velvety, with notes of ripe fruit, white pepper, toasted bread and smoky nuances.
Finish: Long and rich with hints of red berries, citrus and a slight bitterness of almonds.
