Quinta da Pellada Alfrocheiro 2016

The grapes were vinified respecting their whole nature, the vinification was done by hand, with no pump, extraction of natural yeasts and minimal. Smooth, dark, chocolate nose. The palate is bold and structured, with elegant smooth fruit dominating. Quite dense and still evolving, with some oak evident. A lovely wine.
