Quinta da Pellada Tounot 2016

Very intense colour. The nose shows great complexity, with plum and red fruit aromas. Very elegant on the palate, with great structure, firm freshness and velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit flavours and impressive acidity.
This unique wine is a blend of two different varieties. The process was entirely manual, with no pumps, minimal extraction and natural yeasts. As with any collector's wine, bottle-ageing is recommended.
