Quinta da Serradinha Castelão e Outras 2021

This wine has aromas of wild black fruits with a hint of leather. On the palate, it offers lively, well-integrated tannins and a rustic, structured profile. The acidity is perfectly balanced, making it ideal for the food pairing that is characteristic of this producer's wines.
The grapes were destemmed and placed in open vats where they were stirred once a day. Fermentation lasted 8 days at temperatures between 18°C and 26°C. No oenological products were added, except for small amounts of sulphur dioxide (SO2) for preservation.
