Textura da Estrela Tinto 2020

Textura da Estrela Red is a low-intervention wine made from vines between 25 and 60 years old, planted on granite soils in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, specifically in Vila Nova de Tazem. Yields are kept low, at 4.5 tonnes per hectare, ensuring concentrated fruit and strong character. During vinification, the grapes are pumped gently and briefly during the first days of fermentation, followed by careful manual management of the cap to preserve the wine's natural qualities. This approach results in a true expression of the Dão terroir, offering a red wine that is both authentic and reflective of its origin.
