Baias e Enseadas – Atlantic freshness in a bottle. Located just outside Lisbon in the foothills of the Sintra mountains, this micro-winery is led by young winemaker André Gomes, who returned to his family's coastal land to produce low-intervention wines that reflect the oceanic climate and granite soils. Working with native varieties like Castelão, Vital, and Arinto, Baias e Enseadas crafts precise, salty, and expressive wines – pure expressions of Portugal’s coastal terroir and energy.
