The juice undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is left to macerate on the skins for a period of time before being partially transferred to used barrels. Minimal sulphur is added during vinification to preserve the natural character of the wine.
This wine presents itself with a brick red colour and an intriguing iodine bouquet, creating an open and expressive aroma profile. Notes of ripe blackberries and plums enhance the olfactory experience. On the palate, the wine is lively and energetic, with a vibrant acidity that can only come from vineyards planted by the sea.
