Tarlant L’Enclume Brut Nature 2011

The latest creation hails from the distinctive L'Enclume vineyard in Oeuilly. This 100% Chardonnay champagne, which is undosed (Brut Nature), perfectly reflects the terroir and its mineral structure. Thanks to its long maturation on the lees, it has developed intense aromas of ripe apple, pear and brioche, with a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, the champagne reveals notes of fresh citrus, soft effervescence, pronounced minerality and a subtle salty finish. It is ideal with oysters, scallops, white meats and mature cheeses.
