The slow ripening process, influenced by the proximity of the sea, preserves the aromatic potential. The grapes are exposed to little sunlight to maintain their freshness. The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 300 kg crates. Arinto wines are known for their high natural acidity, which gives them a firm, austere character with pronounced limestone, mineral and citrus notes. Best served between 8 and 10°C, it goes well with fish, shellfish, even sauces, lean meats and goat cheeses.
